Hi-tech is an excellent company with a great product. We shopped around and did alot of research and ended up with Hi-tech mostly because of the Supercore window design. I had a total of 26 windows and 1 patio door installed. Stan from sales was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, timely and provided us great service with both purchases. We even got a tour of the factory where the windows are manufactured.

For both orders the windows took 8 - 10 weeks to manufacture as promised and the install happened shortly after. Both installations were done by Dave Taylor and crew. Dave came to visit and take final measurements prior to manufacturing and answered all our questions. To say this crew are professionals and know windows is an understatement! The first install was completed in one day.

The second bigger install took 2 days with a smaller crew - Dave and Ramsey. They were meticulous at removing the old windows to installing the final product. And did a very thorough job cleaning up after.

The crew cleaned the new windows and made sure that all mechanisms were in working order. The 11 windows from last year went through a winter and it was a very noticeable difference from my old ones. It is such a great window! There have been no problems. My house looks great now complete with all Supercore windows! The office staff are excellent.

What made us choose Hi-Tech is that they really seemed to place customer service first. There was no high-pressure sale, but I did get a good sense of the difference between all the products.

We ended up going with the more premium product - planning to only do this once. You get to meet the installer who will actually do your job before they even get going. It seems like a small thing, but it made a difference. Ryan was awesome! The first quote consultation was in June, and the windows arrived, ready for installation at the end of August. We had anticipated that it would take some time to construct the windows, so that was a very acceptable turnaround. Because of our older home, with its plaster and lathe, we found that when the old windows came out, the area around the new windows had cracked, and the trim that we originally picked out wasn't going to be wide enough to cover the whole gap.

The manager called me and we selected a new, wider trim - it cost a little more, but I had the chance to approve the selection and price ahead of them coming back to install the new trim. That final piece of work was finished in less than a day, and everything looks wonderful. Would absolutely work with Hi-Tech again in future.
